Prefer the in-person community feel? We’ll be hosting workshops for learning skills like gymnastics and weightlifting, as well as training sessions for those who want to train with us and with other people!

UPCOMING EVENTS

All workshops and sessions are coached and led by Elle & Julia, with technique feedback and assistance as needed. Please note there is a 12 hour cancellation policy on all events listed below.

To comply with the current situation, at all events, everyone gets their own set of equipment, everything that they will need for the session. You will have your own space in the gym where you will train during their session. If at all you have any concerns, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

Sat 3rd October, 2-4pm @ SLEVEN FITNESS, LONdon

RING MUSCLE UP WORKSHOP

We’ll go through developing skills & progressions for strict ring muscle ups. We’ll build strength and endurance on the rings. This 2 hour workshop has 10 spaces available which means we can really focus on helping everyone and giving you the pointers to help you progress after leaving the session. This workshop is for at least intermediate athletes i.e. you should be able to do at least a few pull ups/dips and have some knowledge of ring work i.e. ring support and basic holds.

EDGE AHEAD TRAINING SESSION

This is a coached training session, as we work through one of our days programmed on the Edge Ahead Online Program, led by Julia & Elle. An opportunity for us to all train together! You should have a basic idea of strength & conditioning training but we’ll be able to help at any level!
