HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. BOOK A STRATEGY CALL WITH US
We start with a consultation call.
We’ll discuss what your goals are and try to learn as much as we can about you.
We will discuss how we’ll plan out your training to achieve those goals.
2. ONBOARDING & INITIAL assessment
Download the app to access your program, and schedule your catch ups with your coach.
We’ll do a onboarding week, which includes looking at your movement and baseline tests to assess skills, fitness and strength.
Over time, we will revisit these assessments to measure performance and check things are going in the right direction.
3. START YOUR TRAINING WITH EDGE AHEAD
You’ll access your daily training through the FitR app.
Your coach will provide detailed notes and instructions and be contactable for feedback and support.
Remember to log all of your workouts, and send us videos for feedback.
If you have personal training sessions, you’ll benefit from the instant feedback of a coach for improvement.
4. REFINE YOUR TRAINING, LIFESTYLE & NUTRITION
