WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Our remote coaching & training is completely personalised to you and your goals.
At whatever stage of your fitness journey, whether you’re a serious athlete or just interested in moving well, we can help you.
You’ll get a customised program via an app (we use FitR), which provide training metrics and performance measures, and contact time with your coach, which will include technique drills, training feedback, support and weekly check-ins to ensure you’re on the right track.

assessment
We want to see how you move! We’ll establish strength, mobility, work capacity and skills.
We’ll also have a deeper look at your life outside of training; nutrition, stress, sleep to give us some insight to you and how we can make the most out of your performance.
training
We’ll talk you through our training plan for you, and give you the knowledge to understand your training and how to create sustainable habits to achieve your goals.
We’ll deliver your training via an app where you can track your progress and you’ll have access to your coach whenever you need it for feedback.
ongoing check-ins
Weekly check-ins, and monthly consults with your coach so that we can sure you are working towards your goals.
We can also make sure that we are building the best plan for you - one that you enjoy and can sustain!
