As seasoned athletes and coaches, we are here to assist you in optimizing your body's potential, whether you aim for improved performance, overall health, or simply the enjoyment of physical pursuits.

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds. We do recognize that everyone can benefit from tailored training approaches.

the COACHES


  • Julia transitioned from a career in software development to pursue her passion for coaching. She started coaching part-time in 2018 alongside her full-time job, she eventually made the leap to full-time fitness in 2020.

    Her fitness journey began in team sports like netball, rounders, and lacrosse during her school years. She trained in martial arts with Karate, transitioning to Muay Thai during university. Not only did she train the university team during her later years, but she also into fighting post-graduation until injury prompted her to step back.

    Julia then found her place in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, competing regularly. Her passion lies in Olympic weightlifting and movement mechanics. She has dedicated her time to understanding the intricacies of how the body moves, allowing her to effectively address imbalances and dysfunctions for her clients.

    Julia is a Level 3 personal trainer, CrossFit Level 2 and British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach.


  • Henry's fitness journey started during his childhood, in team sports. His main focus was hockey at school, evolving to national team status as a junior.

    Whilst continuing to play hockey at Loughborough University, Henry was introduced to strength and conditioning.

    Post-graduation, Henry transitioned from the hockey field towards Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting.

    Initially a pastime alongside his marketing career, Henry's passion for fitness grew over the years, and he finally made the leap to full time fitness in 2016.

    Henry balances coaching and competing in Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting. He firmly believes that the ‘uninteresting’ training is the one that proves most effective.

    Henry holds the following qualifications: Crossfit Level 1, Personal Training Level 3, and British Weightlifting Level 1.
