Remote coaching with the Addition of personal training

WHAT IS HYBRID COACHING?

This is our remote coaching model as well as a special touch of personal training alongside your online programming.

On this combined training model, you’ll train in person with one of our coaches once/twice a month and then complete the rest of your training on your own.

This is a truly optimal way to train with your coach: check in with your coach in person, any time, and get instant coaching feedback.

Book a video call with us to discuss your background, training goals. We’ll help to work out a plan of action of how we can achieve them together.

 

assessment

We want to see how you move! We’ll establish strength, mobility, work capacity and skills.

We’ll also have a deeper look at your life outside of training; nutrition, stress, sleep to give us some insight to you and how we can make the most out of your performance.

 
 

training

We’ll talk you through our training plan for you, and give you the knowledge to understand your training and how to create sustainable habits to achieve your goals.

We’ll deliver your training via an app where you can track your progress and you’ll have access to your coach whenever you need it for feedback.

 
 
 

ongoing PTS

Regular personal training sessions with your coach to touch base and see that you are working towards your goals.

We can tinker and tweak your training based on your results and make sure it’s also one that you enjoy and can sustain!
