OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Designed for those who want to focus on building strength and working technique in Olympic Weightlifting.

We offer 2 programs, a 3x a week program, and a 5x a week program. Each session takes around 1-1.5 hours to complete and includes strength and accessory work for the clean & jerk and snatches. Expect lots of squatting, technique work, mobility & demo videos and more!

Both programs give you access to our training Facebook group where you can post videos for review from the Edge Ahead coaches, who have a strong background in weightlifting and are qualified British Weightlifting coaches. All programs are delivered via an app where you can log your results and track performance analytics over time.

The 3x a week program is £30/month, and the 5x/week is £35/month with the billing date as the date that you sign up. It is cancellable at anytime, and you’ll have access to the program until the last day of that month.
