Level up YOUR GYMNASTICS

Pick your Gymnastics Level.

We have 5 gymnastics levels. Before you embark on the program you need to pick your current level using the pre-requisites below. We will then assign you to the correct program.
You may find you are between 2 levels. If it's just one or two things you are missing go for the higher level. If you are still unsure between 2, it's probably best to level down, quickly tick off the things you are missing & then level up.

Level 1 has no pre-requisites. This level suits the newbie.

Level 2 suits the beginner > intermediate athlete. You have unlocked a few skills, but without consistency. If you are missing only 1 of these skills you can still be a level 2 athlete.

Level 3 suits the intermediate athlete. You've been using basic skills for a while, maybe you've achieved some higher level skills but they are not always dependable.  You're looking to build volume & consistency.

Level 4 suits the advanced athlete. You are comfortable handling high volume gymnastics. You can consistently use higher level skills, such as muscle ups & handstand walks. You want to become more efficient in all skills & build advanced gymnastic strength.

Level 5 suits the advanced athlete. You approach all gymnastics work with confidence. You are consistent in all movements & have minimal, if any, gaps. You are keen to extend your gymnastics knowledge with highly advanced skills.
